We offer no-hassle returns. You may return unused items in original packaging within 15 days from the order date.

The refunds are issued in 7 business days after receiving the package

Please be noted:

• The cost of return shipping is not included.
• Shipping costs and gifts are non-refundable.
• Service (blessing and releasing lives) is non-returnable.

 

How to return the products 

 

If you wish to return an item, please send an email to service@nomadicbeads.com with the order ID and a description of reason for your return

 

• You can return an item as long as it is unused.
• We will get back to you with the return address in 48 hours.
• We cannot refund or exchange merchandise that is not received or arrives damaged, so we recommend that you insure your package, better with a tracking service!
• Postage and insurance fees are non-refundable.
• Our processing center will confirm there are no issues with the return in 7 business days.
